An Interview with TechTrans Co-Founder

Learn more about TechTrans from an interview with co-founder, Sumner Ottman.

Interviewer: What exactly is your role at TechTrans?

Sumner: I am responsible for web design and media planning at TechTrans. I am also one of the Co-Founders along with Connor Blok, Alex Thoman, Joseph Mueller, and Miles Fields.

Interviewer: What is the most exciting thing about working for TechTrans?

Sumner: My favorite thing about working for TechTrans is that we are working for a bigger purpose. Not only are we bringing cheaper electronic products to the consumer, we are also decreasing the amount of e-waste in the US by promoting a cradle-to-cradle environment within the electronics industry.

Interviewer: That is inspiring, what can we expect from TechTrans in the future?

Sumner: TechTrans is working very hard to expand to even more locations in the United States. We are hoping that we will be able to reach more consumers wanting to make a difference.
